The purpose of UNA Women is to become the key vehicle for new generations of women seeking new opportunities, providing not only a digital tool, but also a community designed to accelerate the process of closing the gender gap, to see change over the of our life!

We work hard to make UNA Women, the app and community, a remarkable tool for new generations of women seeking equity opportunities.

We are starting from universities desks, the offices of large corporates and from those women who desire new personal occasions to be enlightened by data in spotting suitable places and life-changing options.

We focus on the three essential elements that can support women to live up to their chances in the modern world:

1. Education: analyzes and data demonstrate how certain academies and universities are more likely to favour subjects, international pathways and access to satisfactory positions than others. It is essential to provide institutions with digital tools to smoothly monitor the objectives of gender equality in accessing these opportunities and users to highlight valuable paths straightaway, among others.

2. Work conditions: verifying the adoption of measures to protect gender equality before accepting the next job offer will soon become non-negotiable for young people. We offer a digital touchpoint between new generations and companies of any size.

3. Support: a support network of people, places or anti-violence centres, ready to support women in difficult conditions or facilitate integration in a new city or environment.
